CREATIVE DIRECTOR / DRAMA TEACHERLily Henrich-Doyle

Lily started off acting at the tender age of 12 right here at Innovations Theatre School, becoming an assistant drama teacher in her final years. She then went on to study advanced actor training with Bull Alley Theatre Training Company where she received her ATCL in Classical acting. Having worked mostly in theatre, Lily’s professional debut was as Danielle in Catherine Hudson’s HOLIA (Bewley’s CafĂ© Theatre). Since then, she has gone on to play such parts as Cathy in Unbroken Circle (European debut tour), Emer in Family Plot, Lady Fidget in The Country Wife, Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Alice Beineke in The Addams Family Musical (Civic Theatre Tallaght). As a teacher, Lily has worked in a number of primary and secondary schools directing showcases, nativities and recitals as well as teaching workshops in drama, dance, improv and movement.

CHOREOGRAPHER / DANCE TEACHERMadison Coleman

Madison started her performance journey here at innovations theatre school at just 7 years old! It was love at first sight! From then she has performed in a variety of shows including Cats the Musical, Peter Pan and The Wizard of Oz playing Dorothy. Her passion for dance and choreography really took off during Midsummer Madness where she took on the role of dance captain working alongside the legendary Laura Kitt.

The flame had been lit and Madison continued her choreography journey when Innovations traveled to Disneyland Paris to perform in “Time to Shine” in 2018. Madison would go on to continue her studies in dance, achieving a grade 8 in ‘Dance in education’ from University College Dublin in 2021. Madison is thrilled to be teaching in her old stomping ground and inspiring a passion for dance in innovations next generation.

Madison was the lead Choreographer on ITS’s recent productions of Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, The Jungle Book Musical, Alice in Wonderland – as well as Winter Showcases.

MUSICAL DIRECTOR / SINGING TEACHERRichard O'Toole

Richard O’Toole is a primary school teacher, musician, and musical director with Innovations Theatre School. He has performed with several local groups including Carnew Musical Society, North Wexford Musical Theatre, Gorey Musical Society, and the Currid School of Performing Arts.

Over the years, he has taken on roles such as Riff in West Side Story (Gorey Musical Society), Gaston in Beauty and the Beast (Carnew Musical Society), and Hunter in [Title of Show] (North Wexford Musical Theatre). In 2025, he was nominated for a Best Singer award at the AIMS Awards for his performance as Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat with Enniscorthy Musical Society.

Richard works as a musical director and enjoys supporting young performers through his teaching. He values the sense of community and creativity that musical theatre fosters.

MUSIC TEACHER / MUSIC TECHSean O'Callaghan

Sean is a graduate of the Cork School of Music, where he specialised in keyboards and audio engineering. Alongside his career as a data analyst, he has built an impressive portfolio in music production, working on Innovations Theatre School’s acclaimed productions of The Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland, and A Night at the Movies: A Musical Showcase. He has also been featured on RTÉ for his musical skills.

Sean brings his professional experience in arrangement, recording, and composition into the classroom. Students will step behind the scenes of musical theatre to discover how songs are built, how music shapes performance, and how creative ideas come to life through sound.

With Sean’s guidance, children and teens not only sharpen their musical skills but also gain confidence, creativity, and a deeper appreciation of the music that drives the stage.

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR & EVENT MANAGERSusan Bell Flavin

Susan Bell Flavin, originally from Kansas, USA, has called Ireland home since 1997. A lifelong lover of theatre and performance, Susan was actively involved in numerous school and college productions, including 'Mother Was a Freshman', 'It Was a Dark and Stormy Night', 'The Dining Room', and 'Teahouse of the August Moon', many of which were directed by Playwright & Director Susan Sutton.

Since 2015, Susan has been an enthusiastic member of Innovations, and in 2018, she had the joy and honour to travel with ITS to Disneyland Paris, where the students performed at the 'Time to Shine' event.

Susan authored the heartwarming children's book 'A Little Bit of Magic', which was published and distributed worldwide. In between running ITS and her graphic design business, Susan can be found in the wilds of Wexford, where she lives with her husband Eric, their four children, two dogs, one cat—and a partridge in a pear tree.
